Mine is a scrambled egg sandwich w cheese but sometimes I’m afraid of over doing it so I avoid leaning on it too often. In the winter it’s some type fresh pasta.

Maintaining a weekly meal plan in a notebook will work. When you're out of ideas, flip a few pages and see what you've planned or eaten a few weeks or months ago and follow the same plan to avoid decision fatigue. Another way is to create a formula. Breakfast is usually a serving of fresh fruit or eggs or avocado. Lunch is biggest meal. I focus on 3 macros: proteins, fat and carbs with a side of veggies. Snack is nuts & seeds, probiotics like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, beet kvass etc. Dinner is soup, salad or sandwich. I stick to one-pot meals as much as possible and avoid baking or anything with excessive meal prep. Frozen veggies are a godsend too. On a lazy day, throw in lentils, veggies, a knob of butter and some spices and you'll have a wholesome healthy stew in less than 30 min. OR... I go to In-n-Out 😂

@@phoeNYkx it’s still decision fatigue! Sometimes I just want someone to put something in front of me so I don’t have to decide.

@@CookingCompanionTV Don't we all wish? That's where good ol' burger comes in. And then spend next few days going to rehab 😂

No, it is what you will settle for that will define your "food" career.

Just throw a steak on the grill! Easy, nutritious, and fun for us to watch. Humans are apex predator carnivores, perfectly adapted to eat ruminant animal meat. Again, and again, and again.
