This is it, I'm taking this as a sign. There's no way that everything I've been cooking up in my mind for years now, is talked in here. There's no way I've been journaling precisely abt Good Will Hunting (one of my fav movies too) this past few days. Theres no way I've been asking for answers on the missing piece for me to finally apply all of that loa/self help that I've been watching/reading abt for years but I'm still stagnant & you also brought it up here. Theres no way I found and defined my purpose like a week ago. This time for real, I can feel it in my bones. Theres no way the minute I have all of that going on and I ask for a way to finally chase my dreams, this comes up. I'm taking it as a sign, as I said, cause coincidences are just not posible here. And I'm getting of youtube right now. Years of doom scrolling and content consumption does not align with my dream no more. Thank you for this from the bottom of my heart. If I ever come here again, will be for your channel. I'll always remmember this video.

Wow, I've never resonated with a comment more than this one. You are right about everything, you have to go forward and do what needs to be done - which you know what it is. I know I made this video specifically for people like you. Good Will Hunting synchronicity is to be recognized and applied to your life as action. You got this, go do the thing. Dream On. So grateful this video triggers this within you. You have a sleeping giant within, awakening to do what the calling is.

I was dreaming of moving to Japan from my childhood. at 25, I had a job, a stable situation in my country, a salary, a rent to pay, a car, but my dream was still there. I decided to take action, started learning the language, saving money, organizing myself. It took my 5 years to prepare, during which my friends and family didnt take me seriously, they were thinking that I wanted to escape something, when I just wanted to realize this dream of mine. After 5 years, I sold everything and took a single way ticket to Japan. I moved there, had the mose amazing experience of my life, grew up a lot and met my wife there. I realized this dream and everyday I am proud of it. Now, I will work on the next one. Believe in yourself, do what you need and make it real. You can also do it.

For my ADHD/Autistic brain this felt like the first non-toxic "do it" video. Recently especially I have been feeling as if anything motivational about taking action at all felt so pushy and not tied to what is happening. As someone who has been creating videos since 2006 on and off just for fun, this video you made alone is a milestone accomplishment. You thought about all the little things, like "maybe now is not a good time, set a reminder" and "it's not important how you do it, but why" all that reframing action in my head really helped. It's important for me (since I know I usually can't take compliments really well) that you know how much this video meant. I also really appreciated the visuals and your calming voice tone, seems like the people around you already make you happy and the thought that it doesn't necessarily seem like it can get even better sometimes is a feeling I can recall. I need to tap into that energy again and find the true magic on the way, while living as if the goal has already been reached.

I turned 34 a few weeks ago and started thinking about all the dreams I haven't taken seriously and how I feel like I'm running out of time. The way you broke things down in this video, especially the part about changing our mentality and way of thinking, really spoke to me. If I want to write these novels, screenplays, comic books, etc. I have to behave like I am already under contract and have those commitments. That's the only way I'll get my butt in the chair every day. The parts about journaling and telling myself, "I get to do this" instead of "I have to do this," were really great as well. This video is excellent. Thank you!

This is a good video but it also made me feel horrible. Before being medicated for my adhd I could spend hours stuck in paralysis, just wanting to create, to get up and sit at the table, to open up Netflix and watch a movie or to go to the bathroom. I hope anyone who is neurodivergent who is watching this will focus on the parts of the video that are about moving the goalpost. As he says, the goal is to get started, and to believe in yourself. I know how much time I spend in my head just trying so so hard, but it was like my body didn’t work. I thought I must not be trying hard enough, that something was wrong with me. I felt like my body was rotting away with wasted potential inside of me. Motivation was never the issue, I had plenty- my brain just gets so overwhelmed by initiating tasks that it shuts down, and that’s not something I can fix by somehow trying hard enough. You are already good enough to achieve your dreams, don’t let your psyche drag you down - and if it’s hard to get started, hard to structure your time, hard to follow through till the end - you can ask for help. It’s not cheating, it doesn’t make you less skilled or deserving. I just felt a pit in my stomach because *I know* all these things, and yet I can’t - and then I need to remind myself that my brain is different, and a lot of “motivational content” is not going to apply to me. I just felt a need to share my experience in case anyone feels similarly. Just know you are not alone.

Alright, nobody is probably going to read this, but I’m going to express my feelings. I’m 17 and my dream is to be a scientist. Not sure about the specific field yet, since I love both biology and physics. To reach my goal I need to enter into very specific institutes that will provide me with the guidance and resources for the same. The problem is I’ve wasted so much time that there are only 7 months or so remaining before the entrance exam. I’ve just been so distracted due to my fear of failure that I kind of stopped caring. But sometimes there would a return of the spark for my love of science. It has increased in the past two months and I have finally made some improvement. But it is certainly not enough. I’m kind of glad that it is finally time to face my fears of failure that has plagued me for so long. I’m finally taking some action. This video was really comforting and made me retrospect a lot. I fell that I’m finally not being as lazy as I was before. Circumstances around me just made me so lazy that I almost lost a part of myself. I’m slowly regaining my love for reading, for music etc. I’ll continue putting in efforts so as to reach my goals. The pandemic really turned me into just another person scrolling on their phone and not doing anything productive. I’m glad I’m trying to improve. Well, that’s all I wanted to say!

I'm sitting here kind of amazed by how much of what you have advised is exactly the kind of thing I stumbled upon and more or less figured out on my own during my self-study journey. I began journaling a few years back as a way to organize myself and verbalize my goals, desires, and ideas. What I came up with was that I wanted to improve my art and become a storyteller. The former I have done all my life and so it comes natural to me to invest time in it as often as I can now. The latter, though I have immersed myself in through other's works and analysis, is still pretty unfamiliar territory for me. I've spent a great deal of time in my art project and personal art studies but I think that I've been in the "note-taking" process for writing for far too long now. Still, I've actually learned a great deal from listening to breakdowns of how writing a story works which has given me a clearer sense of how it should work, but I've always liked feeling prepared and applying it has always been the difficult part for me. One particular thing you said however really spoke to me: That we should appreciate the moment we are in now, no matter the experience or skill because it only comes once. I hadn't thought of the process like that before, even when I've tried to pump myself up to discard the fear. I quite like that perspective. I think it helps make the fear of messing up feel like it's actually a part of the excitement of learning and florishing. I think after I've finished my current art projects, I'll take the time to really sink my teeth into the writing process and finally write that short story collection I have been wanting to! Thank you for this video.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZitem channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 847 subs and > 400 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I am 25, and I have dreams. I love what you said. "It's never too early to start". I don't really know what exactly I wanted to say in the comment but I just started typing. I just feel like this video was a shot of espresso. You aren't saying anything new. Deep down, everything you are saying I believe to be inherently true. It's like listening to the voice inside my head. Just very refreshing and encouraging. That's all I wanted to say.

Thank you so much. I've been meaning to make massive changes, this really feels like a sign. Luckily I do have a purpose down. I want to be someone people can rely on, be happy around. Just someone who people think, "I really want to get to know him" instead of "He's boring". My journal is filled with dozens of things I want to work on. It's time.

*"You don't attract what you want, you attract **_who you are."_* Dude. That made me pause this video and _think_ because that just made _so much sense._ It also begs the question: _who are you?_ Something I've been asking myself daily, whether on the down low or face-to-face like right now. Identity is important; heck, _self-identity_ is *really important.* If I don't even know who I am, then what am I here for? What and who am I dreaming for? Thank you for the insightful video, senyor. I wanted to be part of race car engineering in general and having personal project car since probably 16 years old. When I was 19 I applied for job as welder even not having any knowledge in this area because I thought that skill would help me with fabrication on so wanted racecar. When I was 22 I got into automotive parts sales which was motivated by wanting to learn cars from engineering standpoint. Later that year I went to automotive workshop as customer manager to get closer to physical process of repairing cars while collecting knowledge which can be applied to building racecar. When I was 24 I decided to open my own automotive repair workshop to have ability to earn more to finally allow myself spending money on my teenage dream and on the same time having all equipment to perform build. Now I`m 28. Workshop is running fine but still not giving enough money to easily start building full blown racecar. I clearly see that few more years of massive reinvestments needed to get to high enough level with my business. But it started to feel hard to accept more waiting on dream that was already postponed for so many years. There would never be ideal time to make first step on journey of building that car not just prepearing to start building. And one of signs I was noticing last few weeks is your video in KZitem`s suggestions. It`s time to take my dreams seriously.

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing the impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under. It will lift you up. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.” -Terrance McKenna I’ve been looking for a quote that resonates to my core when it comes to chasing my dream. It will take a lot of hard work, but the universe is working in your favor. The universe is aligning to your purpose and it’s already done. Your dreams have already come true, you just have to catch up to it by doing all the necessary changes to become the person you’ve always dreamed of.
@tozakfilming

YES EXACTLY, this is so so so important, I love when I see this generation realizing these truths. The universe will be against you if that's what you believe. It will support you and your dreams, showing you, like you said, that your dream is already done, if you believe it is set up that way. You get to decide. we have to align with it

Been struggling with a dream I've been wanting to accomplish for a while now, and that's becoming physically powerful as a female. I've been told alot that I shouldn't do it, as an untrained male could easily defeat me, and so I quit working out altogether. But now, because of this video, I'm giving it a second thought.

Do it. There are many powerful women in the world, and you shouldn't be discouraged to stop chasing it just because someone tells you guys are stronger. In the course of my entire life I've learned to develop thick skin and laugh at people who think that my ideas and dreams are impossible. It's hard sometimes, as you need to get out of your comfort zone big time, but in the long run it's more than worth it!

Hi! I just wanted to say thank you so much for making this video. As a fellow artist (I'm studying graphic design), it was extremely helpful and inspiring to see another artist making this kind of motivational content. I've been procrastinating on assignments even though they're so interesting. Thanks to your video, I realised that actually I am scared of not making the perfect thing right away and I'd rather do nothing than to do something that I am not content with. Which doesn't even makes sense since I'm literally there to learn and it obviously doesn't align with my goals lol. But it's something I've been dealing with since I was little, and watching this video was really healing for me. It's really well-made and very enticing. All of that to say : thank you. And I genuinely pray that you reach these goals of yours. Definitely subscribed.

I'm only 6 minutes in and I'm already pausing to absorb the wisdom you have shared. While I had known about the concept of living as if you've achieved your dream, the part about assuming the responsibility is new to me. And that is inspiring me to affirm who I am right now. I have a sentence/affirmation in mind that I'm going to commit to remembering. Thank you 🙏🏾 You have the drive and there is no doubt in my mind that you'll manifest what you aspire to. I didn't need this video but I still felt captured by it. If the past version of myself could have watched it, I would have started writing way before last year. But at this point ifs are useless. Almost a year ago a published the first part of my book on a site for free. Was it good? Nah, not at all. But as I'm writing its second part, I'm seeing the improvements; enough to push to write the entire first part to actually make what I couldn't do. I'm improving and I'll always improve. This isn't just a reminder for myself but for whoever will read this comment. Thanks for the wonderful video Tozak, you have earned a subscriber.
