Hi Simon, That might not meant to be on Ted talk, but since you understood something needing to be right you were stepping up your own power and honoring who you truly are is the best ever decision that you had made. As this had helped so many people all throughout the world to be more aware and more enlightened to this story, at the same time this will help them understand that everyone is designed unique individual on this planet and they have to honor who they truly are. No need to compare themselves or trying to pretend to be someone else. I myself is one of your followers since 2019 you live you are a wise leader that helps transform the life of other people in a very unique way. God Bless You more.

Remarkable person reading this.. It’s going to get better; all it is a season of opportunity to grow and be better than before. Challenging times are meant to strengthen us, not to break us. Success doesn’t define to what happened to us; it is how we choose to deal with our circumstances. The more you grow and develop as an incredible person as you are, the more things will change for the better. Forgive more (for you), be grateful for even the smallest things (we have it way better than someone else), choose love over ego, choose humility over ego (humility is strength), and finally, invest into new skills so that your future self will thank you. Our lives will change forever the more we grow. Be thankful for the challenges for we know something greater is coming. Love you always - Nathalie ✨❤️

Thanks for your words, they are really inspirational. I can give you some answers to why I do what I do, but the question is, When do you know you have really found an answer to your Why?

Brilliant question - thanks Simon! What is your WHY? We can apply this question to all aspects of our lives and create lifelong change and transformation, right? hearing your story Simon makes this even more compelling. How do we follow our bliss? - a question many of us don't know how to answer

that mammalian part of the brain does have language.... only its not used in polite society... words for : "watch out for that thing slithering in the grass at your feet"/"that thing that likes to hide in trees is above you right now" - " want to EAT you" are short hard consonant words. Doh! thank you so much Simon

Simon - I was listening to your 'a bit of optimism' podcast, obscure presidential history with Jeremy Deutsch. You ask him to name some of the lesser known presidents. I immediately say Chester A Arthur out loud moments before Deutsch says Chester Arthur. I am no historian by any means but if die hard with a vengeance taught me anything it's who the 21st president is (and how to fill a 5 gallon jug with exactly 4 gallons)

Simon, guts is not stomach but intestines, firstly. Secondly, there are bunch of tens of thousands of neurones in it. Thirdly, there’s a long nerve called nerf vague that links directly intestins and brain. And last but not least, intestines are called our second brain. So, yes we make our decisions sometimes with our guts. Thank you for your attention ladies and gentlemen. Take care of yourself and take care of others.

There's enough nerve ending in your gut to make a second brain. It's not what "gut decisions" means in the metaphorical sense, but it's why someone trying to lose weight finds themselves on the drive-thru.
