Thank you for going slowly through the motions of each stitch multiple times. Between your written instructions and your video, I'm ACTUALLY figuring out the Italian Cast-On! 🎉

I am happy to find you. It’s been since cool weather since I wanted to pick up my heavy yarn that I was attempting to Brioche with. I actually made a mistake that I liked and finished off a hat by continuing it. I end up with two colors of stockingnette knight. I’m going to finish another hat that way then give two color brioche another try. Now I want to watch your two color cast on!!! 🥰

This was very helpful! Do you have suggestions on how to keep a large number (like 216) stitches from twisting on circular needles as you're getting ready to join to knit in the round? I keep restarting because I'm not sure how to recognize errors or correct setup on the thin cord of the circular needles. Starting to feel kinda crazy at this point. I've casted on the 216 stitches about 7 times now while continuously counting and straightening/untwisting the stitches on the cord pfffft The bump-no bump helps. But how do you twist into correct position the stretched out stitches of thin yarn on a thinner cord of circulars? How is that 'first' loop/casted on stitch supposed to look like when joining to the 'last' stitch to being the round?

Hi. I think I've done this before. You knit a row of ribbing flat and then join in the round, then graft one stitch at the end to close the gap.

Should the next row be knit one slip one purl-wise or just regular ribbing (K1 P1)?
