-Monday: Pumpkin Cappellacci with Ragù alla Bolognese
Cotoletta alla bolognese
Tuesday: Homemade tagliatelle with Ragù alla Bolognese,
Tigelle (kind of bread) with mortadella and Squacquerone (creamy cheese from Romagna)
Wednsday: Torta Tenerina (Chocolate cake), tortellini in broth, Salama al sugo (cooked sausage from Ferrara)
Tuesday: Tagliatelle cake, Gramigna with sausages red sauce, Bolognese rolls
Friday: Maltagliati with sausages with sauce, piadina
Saturday: Pasticcio alla ferrarese, Petronian stick (with mortadella ham and emmental cheese)
Sunday: Lasagne alla Bolognese, Gnocco fritto and Lambrusco wine!
