Ingredients
8 room temperature egg whites
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups (1 lb) room temperature unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
If you’re not using right away, refrigerate. Bring back to room temperature and rewhip it before using.
