Actually the “Italian Wedding Soup” did not come from serving at weddings…it got its name from all the flavors “Marry”. Many people are mistaken. He did use the right pasta for this soup. I miss his videos. He was a great cook.😢

pretty cool story from Bob, he needed something to do, someone to lean on during a hard time, and found cooking with Daddy Jack helped prop him back up. That is awesome! Also, thank you Jack for sharing your talent with everyone!

Like Bob, I too lost my long-time partner very recently. There were so many meals we cooked together, but maybe four that he made that rocked my world. Wedding soup was one. You’ve given me a special something to cook, key secrets included. Drooling out here in California...

Daddy Jack please do a cookbook with your stories and recipes. I am sure you can find a ghost writer where you can tell them the stories and they can write the book. Do not let all the knowledge and stories not get passed one. I am writing a book on my banking career and my life for my grand kids you should do the same except many folks would want your book!
