This is BRILLIANT!!!! Dan at his very early best. Love his comment at the end - I won't say what it is- just got to make folks listen right through to the end (and no skipping using the "play bar" !! cheaters !!!). Thanks for the post and grateful thanks indeed to Terry Walters for making it possible.

It was my parent's basement. We practiced there when we were kids, so all of the equipment was there. Dan would come over sit down and play. I just stuck a mic in front of him and this is what came out. No retakes. No overdubbing. I did not realize at the time how significant these recordings would be. Terry Walters

@@tawalters35 Got it. I guess I got confused by another recording. Sorry for the mistake, I was so happy to hear a scaled back,stripped down recording of Dan. He was so meticulous in the studio, sometimes I wished he'd not do Buddy Holly orchestration. Bless his soul wherever it may be.
