I started riding last September by myself. I met people cycling around my small city. I have met their cyclist friends and expanded my cycling circle! Also most bike shops do a weekly bike ride and have met great people on those too. Cycling is so different when riding with a group and more fun!🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️

Tyler, your relationship with food is interesting in a positive way, to me, in my opinion( that carries no weight whatsoever, as a regular person) is almost the inverse of the negative relationship a lot of normal people and athletes have with food. I mean someone who might struggle with an eating disorder, where their relationship with food is difficult. I am a chef and love food, all types of food, and preparing it and sharing it brings me great joy, It warms my heart to hear someone like you, an athlete and a vegan athlete none the less, share such great stories about food and your relationship with it as a very positive role model for someone who might be struggling with a healthy relationship with their diet, please continue and Thank You !!!!

Tyler, I feel so related with what you say about food. Not just because I'm also a vegetarian, not just because I've also had a huge weight loss journey, but especially because even today, with 35 kilos less, food gives me great pleasure! I would love to one day be able to meet you and ride with you. If you come to Portugal, please tell me. A big hug!

I feel you on the food man. I had no issues but I started fasting and got really really lean which led to two years of constant binge eating. It's such a deep primal source of dopamine that it's a very hard thing to break from. I work as a gelato chef too which makes it extra brutal haha. Meditating, cold plunges, biking, and other hobbies that give that rush really helps. Best of luck and really enjoying the videos.

The JB stuff has been interesting, I have praised him publicly for years, literally had a whole segment in the coast series saying how grateful I am to him and that’s he’s changed my life. I’ve publicly praised him time and time again but I’m a dooche for getting salty when he puts zero work into a project that we’re partners on. Being transparent is a two way street, I’ve been as open as can be and have showed all my bad times over the years. It’s strange to get mad at the 1 thing I share about him that wasn’t positive.
@vgoreham
9 ай бұрын
@TheVCAdventures - it's not that I'm mad - it just feels off-brand. I love that you're open with your feelings, but if something needs to be said maybe it needs to be more direct. I don't know what happened behind the scenes - and I'm sure your feelings are warranted but you guys have done so much together. I'm sure at a time you've felt like brothers. Sometimes one side gets comfortable and takes the other for granted. Maybe it's time for the relationship to end (sadly). It's too common for resentment to grow in partnerships that require so much effort and trust. I love the vids - every Decemeber it's like I have an advent calendar.

I appreciate the response, and I’ll admit I’m crazy bitter about something he said about me that I can’t seem to shake. I’m letting my emotions get the best of me and I’m venting too much. Hard to turn off and on the honesty sometimes, but I have spoke to him about all this many times, and despite the future, we will always be friends.
