• ३ चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• बारीक चिरलेली लसूण

This pithale looks tempting and tastes just awesome. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It doesn’t need too many ingredients. You can make it from the ingredients those are readily available in your pantry. Ingredients:
• 3 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Finely chopped Onion
• 3 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• Besan
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
• Add garlic and fry for about a minute.
• Add onion and fry until it gets golden color.
• Add red chili powder and mix well.
• Add salt, water and bring the mixture to boil.
• When the mixture begins to boil, turn the heat to low add a little besan at a time and mix in
quickly.
• Stir the pithale continuously.
• Cook it well on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes and add coriander leaves.
• Mix well and pithale is ready.
• You can decide the quantity of oil according to your choice.
• You can have it with bajri bhakri or it goes well with rice too.
