Aside from how he flipped this sample, what also makes this beat so nice is the kick placements/timing. Every time the chords of the sample play, a kick overlaps. Somehow, it makes sense musically speaking.

+Sean Paul Rat Buenaventura, hi any chance you know the original sample or if you could address me to a instrumental versione of wanted man always of Shades of Brooklyn? There are the 10 secs from 0:20 to 0:30 which are without lyrics and I truly think is one of the most badass instrumental it really gets me on the hook, sometimes I play it on loop for a while - unfortunately I don’t have intimacy with audio editing and programs
