Xxl did something right, they added a guy with actual potential that didn’t blow up yet but enough people know who he is. I think thats what a “freshmen” should be tbh.

Yo, I just realised that the music video is only in black and white when the police are around. When he's with his family it's colourful, but as soon as the police come back into it -- black and white again. It's meant to represent how a lot of the police out there only see the black and white in these situations; you either black (bad) or white (good), because of that, you are guilty as soon as they see you. Damn, this man takes his art to different levels.

I disagree. The music is dope but in the video he's referencing how the police negatively react to our young black men. Some kid is going to see this and think its cool to get arrested and go to jail; just like J.I.D. They did this when I was a kid too. Pumping up how Jail was home for US and getting locked up is funny. I see music is changing again, but the same old KKK tricks prevail. Shit, he's doing their work for free. Sorry. Keep making great music and don't give the police credit in your videos. Like it's their job to harass young black people. I hope you see I'm not trying to offend him or criticize his music negatively.

I rememer when J.I.D performed this in london back when it came out and the whole place lost their shit when the first beat dropped..I'll never forgot the look on his face. He was genuinely shocked at the energy in that place that night. 💯 #LDNrepresent

Cole and IB started Dreamville, but I'm sure that Cole is going to let them tour with him as he did with Bas, Cozz, and Omen last time. In order for that to happen, they have to drop a project so that people will be acquainted with them.
