Meat Balls with mushrooms
in creamy herbs sauce
材料 ingredients
(肉丸 Meatballs)
碎牛肉 Minced Beef 500g
洋葱碎 Diced Onion 30g
蒜茸 Diced Garlic 2 tsp
雞蛋 Egg 1 pc
麵包糠 Bread crumbs 2tsp
水 Water 4 tsp
鹽 Salt 2 tsp
蒜粉 Garlic Powder 2 tsp
雜香草 Mixed Herbs 3tsp
黑胡椒 Black Pepper 2 tsp
汁料 Sauce
磨菇片 Sliced Mushroom 250g
洋蔥碎 Diced Onion 40g
蒜茸 Diced Garlic 2 tsp
雞湯 Chicken Stock 1.5Cup
忌廉 Cream 1Cup
鹽 Salt 2tsp
香草碎 Parsley Flakes 1 tsp
碎芝士cheese 2 tsp
茄汁 Ketchup 2tsp
步驟 Step:
將牛肉碎混合材料攪勻,搓成球狀下鑊煎至半熟。
Mixed all the ingredients with minced beef, make a ball shape & pan fry till half done.
將洋蔥和蒜頭炒香
Pan fry the onion & garlic
加入蘑菇略炒
Add the mushrooms and fry together
加入雞湯煮滾
Add the chicken stock till boil
加入肉丸煮5分鐘
Add the meat balls and cook 5 mins
加入忌廉、茄汁和調味
Add cream,ketchup & seasoning
加入碎芝士煮溶
Add cheese till it melts
最後灑上香草碎變成
Lastly, add the Parsley Flakes, enjoy
