Thank you for sharing the breathing guidance. While I practice this method along with your guidance, my hand and fingers get tingling, contracting and cramps. After that, I felt that my body and my breath get better. The other day, I did 10 minutes Dragon breathing approach and fell asleep easier which improve my sleeping quality.
