Next step for JR is to start driving off closeouts an on ball defense. He has the ability to pump fake an create chaos in the paint. Wish he did it more in the finals, cause when he did it was usually an and 1 or an easy bucket. No ones coming off kyrie, lebron, or love to help, take advantage

+Trevor Summers -- Jr can put the ball on the floor an abuse certain match ups. he took an obscene # of threes compared to 2s, some of which were forced. I'm saying that extra level of creativity releases pressure on the big 3 an leads to better ball movement/easier shots. we've got enough stationary snipers which GSW simply face guarded an made ineffective. Against great on ball 3 defenders like golden state it pays to have other play-making options. And we don't have nearly enough consistent slashers . Jrs primary objective is catch an shoot yes but adding this to his game can take us to a New level with more sustainable balance. (watch Rj's highlights, particularly the drives against closeouts, to see what i mean.).

When this man is making shots, I'll take him over Steph or Klay. People don't seem to realize how crucial JR has been since he came to the Cavs. Single-handedly saved them against the Bulls in 2015 second round when we were down 2-1 and by 11 in game 4. Game 7 of the Finals we're down 11 early in the second half, his 8 points get us right back in the game. $15 mil is more than reasonable when damaged MozgoD got $16.
