In my childhood, I remember how I had least interest in this subject. I didn’t show or learn with interest. But extremely interested in Geography. Even in my SSLC final exams I learned only Sivaji’s and Chola’s administration bcz it was for 8 marks (essay type)so I learnt these two answers only. Nothing in history. Bcz I was 100 % strong in Geography portions of Social Studies, I took light for history. I was happy I scored 48 marks in SSLC attending 58 marks of that question paper( luckily as Sivaji’s administration was asked in essay type) But now I m happy and interesting to know the hidden History of India with all proofs from our land.

Brilliant presentation of facts and observations. As a resident of Australia right from my student days, I can attest to the following: a) Many Indians do have a slave-mentality and like to bow down to white Australians b) Body language changes perceptibly in direct correlation to ethnicity of the people the Indians are conversing with. If it's an Aussie, be respectful. If an Indian, "meh.... just another Indian!" c) Lack of unity: When an Indian gets beaten up (usually by Lebanese Australians), no one gives a shit. d) Easy targets: Indians are seen as soft targets. They don't fight back even if they are evenly matched. Only applies to fights with other Anglo Saxons or Middle Easterners. Between Indians, it is a different matter. Slave mentality in all its glory. e) Indians take it out on Indians: All the pent up frustrations and aggression are usually taken out on fellow Indians. Why? 'Cause, they know they can get away with it. With all of the above said, there is a growing percentage of Indian people who have an abundance of self-esteem and are not apologetic about themselves. In due course of time, as more people become aware of the defeatist mentality they were handed down, they will break free from these invisible shackles and claim their place under the sun. Just a matter of time. Jai Bharat! Jayatu Sanatana! 🙏🕉

But really you guys aren't even disagreeing with something Sai Deepak is actually saying. You are attributing things to JSD that decoloniality means rejection of modernity. But that really isn't what JSD is saying. Also the real import of his take on decoloniality can be best understood only in the context of the issue he was addressing - the continued colonial ways of the way the Constitution is being used to do basically what the British were doing and further being done by Indians only. I like Kushal's work and want him to continue doing better and for the selfish reason that I think his work can also help frame the India narrative better. @@shadowoffire4307 this is degenerational talk. More than half of india do not have hindi as their mother tongue. They are as passionate about their mother tongue as hindi people are. Simple reason: they can grasp things and express things more easily in their mother tongue. Except tamil nadu's dravidian politicians nobody even in tamil nadu hate hindi. The strange fact is that those dravidian politicians know hindi very well to converse with their delhi counterparts to save their skin, money and political career. The poor in tamil nadu who study in govt schools are the victims. All others know hindi. So there is no need to promote hindi or sanskrit. Sanskrit is as well patronised in south india as north india. How many hindi speaking people know sanskrit. Please tell. The thing is that we have to make our computer/digital illiterate population literate in digital transactions. Free classes in rural and even urban places for the poor/elderly will bring digitalisation fast and fast forward eradiction of corruption and make india ready for future global challenges. @@grimsobad8545 u r living in a fantasy world. First know the origins of sanskrit. It means "beautifully and perfectly corrected language." Vedas handed over to us in sound form by great sages what they experienced during deep penance. It was handed over down to generations till date without change orally till date by guru shisya parampara. It was noted in many forms:- devanagari script ( sanskrit) Krantha form. So sanskrit can claim to be perfect and the most ancient language. It need not necessarily be link language. Till such time hindi is accepted as link language english also should be used. That is the assurance given by nehru in parliament. That assurance should be honoured in letter and spirit. That is the whole point of my argument. I love both sanskrit and hindi. J sai Deepak ji has brilliantly explained the importance of identity and history. Also he perfectly explained why a person should give leverage to their identity and history as it plays a very important role in shaping and influencing the discourse of their day to day life. He rightly pointed out the fact that it is easy for any person to abandon his or her ideology at individual level and only focus on profit making. But the other person who identify that particular person with that identity will never leave him until and unless he or she doesn't convert him in his or her ideology and narrative and make him believe that his heritage and roots are based on falsehood and misery. History should be based on truth not on the basis of political correctness. History plays a very important role in awakening civilisational consciousness. As responsible legacy holder of this precious civilisation of Bharat we should actively participate in discussion of history so that truth can be upholded. But you will never see Westerns abuse and hate their own Mythology, They are Proud of it and make Movies, Comics, Games that are Best Sellers. While the Average Hindu is made to hate and feel ashamed of their own Epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata. So I urge Hindus to teach your Kids about our Great Religion, Epics and Myths, Even if you don't believe in them, Just so your child does not get taught Bullshit like Aryan Invasion Theory or that Vali was a Dalit kileld bby Ram (A Christian actually said this to me, Can you believe it ? ).

Hindu maa baap hamein yehi sikhate hai ki jo hua bhul jao, maaf karo aur aage badho. Butkaal ki baat jo hamein sirf dukh de kya fayda hai inhe yaad karne ki. Yehi hamare logoka attitude hai aur inka bahut fayda uthaya jata hai chahe aap koi bhi desh mein jake raho.

Our history books in school should mention the truth first ., like the barbaric invasions of mughals and how they destroyed our temples rather than glorifying them. I wonder how many in Northern part know about great guru's like Sri Shankara Acharya, Sri Ramanujacharya, Shri Madhwacharya. Each of these guru's were incarnation of Shiva, Sesha and Vayu. Many other powerful guru's came in their lineage. Why don't our history books have topics on these guru's or even a just or summary instead of glorifying the barbaric mughal rules.

Voice to text 12:54 - last Greek History and Roman History are only in books, Constantinople now is Istanbul, Royal Mosque in Turkey then was Hagia Sophia Church. You don't have a trace of African traditions and AFRICAN pagan roots. In the Baltic Countries like Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia we can hear something similar to the Samskrit language! Does it prove that we are all actually the lineage of so-called invading Aryans? Or does it prove that people went from here to there? So we are fighting on complexion, we're fighting on who is an Aryan and who is a Dravidian when there is a decent chance as opposed to Aryan invasion theory you should be looking at "OUT OF INDIA THEORY" Why is this important? Because people are asking for Dravidanadu today. People are saying 4 states in the South should form a separate Country because they form part of the Dravidian language and Dravidian culture and they are not part of the larger Indian culture. That is the extent to which History is being used to drive a wedge between people. People who are saying that we may speak different languages, different attires, but there is a common underlying thread that binds us together are called right-wingers, fascists, and people who are intent on imposing one culture on everybody else & those people who are saying you all are different, you can't even talk with each other, and let's say people who are giving food and water to separatists ideologies are been pushed as the liberal bent of mind. So if anybody says that History does not play any role in these discussions then he would be genuinely a Stupid fellow. Telangana(A State in Bharath) Telugu (A language in the State) is vastly different from Andhra's(A State in Bharath) Telugu dialect. The reason, Telangana today was vastly under the rule of Nizam for the longest time. Nizam was a representative of the Mughal in Deccan (Originally Dakshin - South) - Read a book called Last Nizam, The place Hyderabad (Telangana) was a melting pot of Yemenis, Arabs, Rohilla Pathans of Turkey and people from all over the middle east and central Asian countries in that particular place. As a consequence, the Telugu language in that particular part is vastly influenced/diluted from its original form & is different from coastal Andhra areas which were not much under the influence of invaders. Now we are being told that this Telangana Telugu is proof of the fact that there were two different communities altogether and racial justification are been created as to why Telangana was always a separate entity historically from Andhra, This is how History is being used. Also read about the demographics of North-East India, Thanks to Illegal immigration, it will only tell you, over a point of time a free living space will be created where the ratio and the demographic balance will be inverted altogether and after a point of time, The third wave of separatism and the third round of partition will start in this Country. Therefore recontextualizing history is not a discussion that is meant for the educated elites sitting in air condition rooms having wine or tea, it is meant for everyone to have a say in because it is bound to affect you on a regular basis. The idea of India has already undergone a Grotesque change in the last 15 - 20 years and is undergoing even more grotesque change right in front of our eyes on a daily basis we are being told Kashmir had nothing to do with Indian culture at all that the History of Kashmir and the language of Kashmir, The culture of Kashmir was always different and alien to that of India. So the 'Sharada Peet' had apparently nothing to do with India at all! So much so that the Kashmiri language is out on its way from Kashmir and it is being replaced by Urdu, not Arabic. Central message: Kindly do not leave discussions on History only to Scholars/Influencers/News creators, you have a say in it. College campus in Tamilnadu, College campus in West Bengal, History plays an important role in the segregation of people and in targetting people in isolation of people based on language, caste, etc. It starts at that level and goes on to the top levels. If you look into CBSE textbooks, it starts with only 1 C.E and 1 A.D as if India did not have an existence before that. It repeats the same nonsense that westerners have thrust on us. Aryans from central Asia came on horseback 2500 years ago and they invaded Indus valley civilization and Harappa and Mohenjadaro civilization what you know as India today is the product of that rape, butchery, savagery, and invasion, this is the nonsense that has been peddled. The government of India endorses this kind of untruth and this kind of Historical distortions foreigners are bound to latch on to it. Those who are interested in driving a wedge between Indians will certainly latch on to it. Needless to continue on the Devanagari script and Dravidian languages. Lack of Historical sense and lack of identity is the reason that today Europe does not have an answer to the troubles that are facing it. There is a decent chance that 70% of the people might say, All I'm interested in is the development and nothing else. All I'm interested is in increasing the livelihood and the standard of living of the people that's all. Europe did the same, but they don't have an answer to the identity crisis facing them today - Immigration, because they don't know who they are, because they think it is wrong on their part to say that we are Europeans of different heritage altogether, that we subscribe to a different set of values, they feel ashamed about professing their different values because it has become politically incorrect. What passes off as secularism in this Country is called multi-culturalism in Europe. It is meant to brush aside facts, Suppress facts, and relegate them to the dustbin of History at the expense of History and at a huge cost to people. For the person on the street who struggles for two square meals a day, History is irrelevant, because what he bothers about and what he cares about & what he should be bothered about is his livelihood on a daily basis. No doubt. But then you can go to a 5-star Hotel in Delhi you'll find a 61/2' tall broad Sardar standing as a guard at door and then a white tourist decides to enter the place you can see a marked difference in his behavior immediately. Wherein he bows down and greets him with Namaste, this is our hospitability. Put yourselves in the same shoes, which European restaurant where you get the same treatment or similar treatment from their bar tenders or waiters? The problem is servility has become synonymous with a service mentality. Being hospitable is not the same as becoming a slave to somebody else. But unfortunately, if you are repeatedly told that for generations together you had been slaves & you continued to be slaves. Your entire value system is a bunch of humbugs and a load of superstition & you are bound to think of yourselves as people who deserve to be treated like slaves. Have you heard of any incidents against Arabs in Australia? Can an Arab student be killed the way an Indian student is killed in Australia? There will be repercussions, Humility is the central feature of Indians, and Humility is one of the misunderstood traits as far as Indian History is concerned. Humility means there could be someone better than me, recognizing the fact that there could be someone superior to me, but that doesn't translate to accepting that I'm inferior to everybody else and that is the definition of humility as far as India is concerned. Are we aware of the wars undertaken by Chola Kings in Southeast Asia, How many Chola kings are we aware of? Are we aware of the fact that it took five different armies of five different Sultanates to destroy the Vijayanagara Empire/Civilization and the rampage of Hampi went on for 6 months? All we hear is a tomb for somebody's second or third wife and I suspect he had a wife after that, and his daughter also performed the role of a wife later this is a fact. When Shah Jahan was imprisoned along with his daughter by Aurangzeb, there are written records that effectively say that his daughter effectively had to take up the role or don the mantle of a wife & yet the tomb is supposed to be the symbol of his love for his wife. Is there nothing else worth showcasing in India? If you go to a Country like America, the earliest they can showcase is a structure running before about 300 or 400 years, 300 - 400 years there would be a temple at least in every village in India, and most temples at least in South are 2500 years or 2000 years old. In the North, however, are effectively wiped out by invaders. To know the details read, Sita Ram Goel's - "What happened to Hindu Temples" Read Dharmpal, Koenraad Elst, David Frawley, Michel Danino, Max Muller. Max Muller - India what it can teach us He is the proponent of Aryan invasion theory, but in this book he says, There's not a single thought in the World which has not been taught in India, that something that does not exist in India cannot exist elsewhere. PS: Recontextualising History is not about knowing certain facts and certain dates it is first of all about understanding the value of History and then focusing on the facts. If the mind is not fertile ground to receive facts because it doesn't find value in receiving facts, there is no point in accumulating facts. As long as there is no change in perception and attitude, the truth will have no effect on the mind.

21:25 the slavery kind of behaviour of the hotel guard at the door came from our own proud Indian culture, as the upper caste claimed that they are superior to other groups and the poor groups were (I can even say are) submissive for thousands of years believing all the nonsense stories told to them. 😂😂😂
