I was running out of ingredients and wanted to make something tasty! So, I thought of making this besan stuffing paratha that tastes just like a kachori/kachodi. Somewhere near my native place, there is a popular kachori named Shegaon kachori which gave me this idea. I thought, instead of frying the kachoris, making parathas would be easy, but, I was wrong! I kept making this parathas till my hands started paining, but, my husband kept asking for more and more…!!
