In the song blame on me, he gives the perspective of how the little brother is being treated and how he feels about how his older brother is treating him and how he feels about how he feels his older brother sees him but doesn’t say nothing because he’s afraid to face his feelings, then it goes to speaking from the older brothers standpoint where he knows he has been treating his little brother poorly but a lot of it is because he envy’s the fact that his dad treats his little brother better than him but he’s afraid to face his feelings so he doesn’t say nothing, then he speaks from the dad’s perspective where he was so hard on his oldest son so he could be the best big brother and guide the little brother in the right direction because he knows the little brother is going to follow in the older brothers foot steps just like the dad did with his older brother but the dad ends up just causing the older brother to treat the younger brother poorly because of the envy the older brother creates due to the way his dad treats him compared to his younger brother. Which is the same thing that happened with the dad and his older brother and the dad and his oldest brother isn’t friends no more and he doesn’t want his sons to end up the same way his brother and him did but he doesn’t say anything to the oldest son because he’s afraid of facing his feelings and being vulnerable. The message is really deep with that song. He’s pretty much addressing generational trauma

“STRIVING to be the most dominant ever….” 🙄 do you know what striving means darlin? He’s not claiming anything. You may not like his last album but hey, sitting on your ass all day critiquing others who are out there creating, takes no bravery.
