Shows that regardless of lifestyle, a loving family produces good kids. The kids are all right. I loved the Osborne’s show. I’d like to see it again.

✨❤️💚💜❤️💚💜✨ Love Jack's attitude. I know that our attitude of gratitude causes our altitude Thoughts become things . That's are similar to boomerangs, what ever we are throwing out into the universe it comes back to us. The THOUGHTS & FOODS we eat can make us acidic & inflamed. Acid will eventually eat you alive. Food is our fuel. I have rheumatoid arthritis which also has a lot to do with inflammation. Yet again, we can see that our body temple is not alone, we are truly Mind Body & Spirit. When we have an excess of negative mental thoughts that triggers stress & the stress puts you into a strong hold not allow you to move forward Spiritually. Ru, thank you soooo much for sharing this information. I'm loving your shows for multiple reasons and your are entertaining, educating & elevating our lives . HUGE 🤗 HUGS 🤗 Your friend in fitness, Blake

I've always felt he and his sister sounded Australian. Kinda like an American-British hybrid accent.

He's about the closest I've heard to splitting a British/American accent right down the middle. It's hard to pin down which it is!

MS can be triggered with stress. That’s what happened to me my whole left side of my body was numb for two weeks it was MS trigger/episode some call it. I didn’t know it was MS till I did some tests. I saw two neurologists and yes it’s good to have a healthy diet yes stay active. I do take a small blue pill everyday it basically helps to prevent MS lesions on your brain and spinal cord the more lesions on your brain & brain stem the MS it starts taking control of your nervous system to where it could make you have another MS flare up or go into stage 2 MS.

I have MS also. A healthy diet is good to keeping the MS in check. Eating the wrong types of foods can aggravate the MS!! Yes MS sucks big time!

People seems to forget all these rich people have easy and comfy medical access which 90 % of Americans don't, further more they.can stay.home and rest while the regular citizen.not only have to work but also is denied dissability benefits...more yet they have access to the latest meds just right fresh from the oven while the regular citizen if lucky gets the cheapest treatment. I urge.all of you to disclose the vomitive truth about the USA.

I was diagnosed at 24 with MS. It’s mostly common in women not so much men. Jack should do a little more brushing up on his information because I’ve got information to tell you all for days.
