Wow. It can run appliances that are 1,800 watts! What if i ran a 1,000 watt appliance from it, how long could i run that appliance before the battery depleted? 1 hour? 2 hours? Edit: never mind just got to that part of the video. Not bad. Not super impressive.

The Jackery is definitely of superior quality. The safety systems and the monetary readings make all the difference! Build quality and cooling looks to be very good as well. Vera seems to fancy this one! 😄 Hovering around it like that! It's great to see how you test these solar power banks in practical scenarios! Well done Sir Chris✌👍

You would need a lot more power and capacity for a Tesla I would think. How much would 1500Wh give you after conversion etc it would barely give you a few percent battery?

You start off by calling the Jackery a "solar generator". This unit is a storage battery plain and simple and "generates" nothing. The solar panels also do not "generate" power but do "collect and convert" solar energy. Perhaps call these panels "solar collectors". Then you call the Jackery a "solar station". Perhaps one could refer to this unit as a "station" but again it has nothing to do with "solar". If the unit is charged from a wall outlet is it called a "wall power station"? I do appreciate your videos and the effort you obviously put into them but these incorrect nonsensical descriptive terms just grate. I can't finish the video when I hear this.
@Techtablets
Жыл бұрын
That’s what Jackery calls check their website it was the only reason I called it that... Other brands like ecoflow also call them solar stations. But 100% they are simply battery banks it’s marking jargon.

Yes well I will have a few more and you'll be able to see what I get out of them. But really they need to be all tested on the same day. The issue is I have to return some and others I get at different times. I have two more battery bank reviews up and coming.
@Avantime
Жыл бұрын
Good review, but one major caveat: this is using old fashioned lithium-ion. There's more capacity at a lower weight, but charging speed is slower and the battery has a much shorter life than LFP. If you use this frequently, the Jackery's battery will age very quickly. This Jackery with the Lithium-ion is recommended only for occasional use. Get the LFP Ecoflow if you want to use it frequently e.g. Vanlife.
@Techtablets
Жыл бұрын
Yes LFP would have been preferred shame it doesn't use those type of cells. I have another LFP battery one coming on the channel soon I'm testing out.
