Ingredients..Kathal ( Jackfruit ) 1/2 kg, Tomato 250gm, green chilli 4, Cuminseeds 1/2 spoon, Termeric powder 1/2 spoon, Coriander Powder 1spoon, Kashmiri Powder 1/2spoon, Red Chilli powder 1/2spoon Garam Masal 1/2 spoon, Salt to taste , Black peppers 5, Cloves 4, Bay leaves1, Cinnamon 2 stick , Oil 2 table spoon, Coriander leaves.
Method...First cut the Jackfruit & add turmeric & salt.Keepit for 5 minutes aside .Now heat Mustard oil in Pan .Add the Jackfruit in the pan for 1 minutes. Now add Cuminseeds ,Cloves , Black pepper,Cinnamon, Bay leaves.After that add all dry Masala.Then add tomato & green chilli.No need to put water.Cover the pan with lid for 5 minutes. Now open the pan stir the Jackfruit .Atlast Garnish the Stew with Coriander leaves.Enjoy this stew with Poori or Paratha.
