Not the states fault. Jackson has its own leaders. Mayor, city council, board of supervisors. All dimmycrat controlled. Have been for nearly 100 years. Their priorities are not in the right place, never has been. Water system is non existent. Roads are not safe for travel, holes in the roads big enough to hide a car in.But, they want to build an 81 million dollar stadium while apartments burn to the ground because they have no water.LMAO The city built a multi million dollar convention center, now can't pay their employees there or the electric bill. Garbage is piled up in the streets because they lost pick up contract with garbage disposal provider. Murder rate in Jackson led the entire nation last year, per capita. Higher than Chicago, New York. Don't blame the state, the city caused their own problems. Gotta love them dimmycrats.🤣🤣🤣

It a ghetto neighborhood in Albany ny. I see the blacks that live in these neighborhoods dropping trash every where constantly. Look back at some old photos and videos of how people dressed, both black and white, in the 1940s through the 1960s. People had a better life then. The black neighborhoods didn't look like this then. So what changed. L.B. Johnson's "Great Society" came to be in the late 1960s and it destroyed the traditional family. At that one point in time, the nation changed for the worse. I don't think Jackson or any larger city that has such blight will ever be what it was. If all the government entitlement programs stopped tomorrow it would take two or three generations for change to begin.

It would be wasted. There has to be a change in the mindset of the people living in all of these rundown hoods. The first thing to do is repeal the "Great Society" and do away with every entitlement program. Look back at photos or videos from before all of that began. People did not live like they do today, black or white. Throwing money at the problem does not work. The students in Jackson Public Schools have thousands of dollars spent on their education yet how many of them complete school, or can truly pass an equivalency test? Soon enough our nation will not be able to pay its debts and these programs will disappear and people will either starve, go to work, or kill each other in numbers we have never seen. And we did it to ourselves, everybody black, white, brown, you pick the color has a hand out looking for free things from the government. And not to worry there is a politician that will promise to fill their hands all for a vote.
