"Depending on how it is used, "J'aime..." could be the equivalent of "I love"...."
Since 8x05 I am trying to think, I am trying to understand, I am trying to see why they ended this character this way.
I read all your comments under my Jaime Lannister character study, all those comments where you are angry that went back to Cersei and all those comments where you were happy it ended this way. I watched all vids, I talked with all my friends who watch GOT to see different point of view, to not judge the storyline by only my point of view.
And then my friend asked me if I know what "j'aime" means. And she told me. Love. "The things I do for love." It was the true meaning of his life. He did everything for love.
It is allowed to love more than one person and that's why I believe he loved Brienne and Cersei. He loved his family, his children, his sister, his brother, his father...
And here is the worst part... part of me understood that he killed mad king to protect his father, not to save innocent.
Let me know what you think,
Marti
(I am working on more GOT vids because yes I am addicted but I promise I will vid other fandoms soon as well, don't give up on me.)
