Jaipur to Agra and the Taj Mahal
We’ve joined a tour group to travel "The Golden Triangle" in India and we are all getting along fine and have discovered some hidden table tennis talents! India has been a bucket list destination for us for many years, so when the opportunity came up in late 2019 to book the trip and travel in January 2020, we jumped right in.
In this episode we travel by road from Jaipur to Agra. The weather isn’t good for this part of our journey, but we still manage to see some fantastic sights. Along the way we stay the night at Bharatpur and visit Chand Baori Step Well, Harshat Mata Temple and Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Then moving on the next day we visit Fatehpur Sikri, Agra Fort and the fabulous Taj Mahal. We finish off our group tour with a bit of dancing.
Our group separates tomorrow as Kim and I head deeper into India, before heading to Nepal.
It's taken me more than 4 months to edit this first 16 day adventure and since then a lot has happened in the world. Countries have been put into lock down and travellers are in hibernation, (I write this note more as a reference to myself, so that when I look back at this video when I am older I can remember this time in history).
We hope you enjoy this episode? Don't forget to subscribe so you can see the rest of our wanderings through the Golden Triangle...... when I get to edit them! :-) Feel free to leave a comment.
