Can confirm! I used to hoop with Americans that play pro overseas and they’re typically just bigger bodies that stuck with it longer than most other players, I could trade baskets with them for the most part. Unfortunately, I thought that’d be the case when a G leaguer showed up and so I decided to guard him. It was literally 15 consecutive points by either pulling 35 footers or giving me a hesi and immediately being at the hoop. I’ve never seen someone my size with that athleticism, skill and calm while torching my ass.

@Green Lion So what if there are some street ballers who are better? They're rare too. This guy is still in the 99+ percentile in skill even we were only limiting it to basketball players, let alone opening it up to anyone who can post a youtube comment. So yes, I'm quite confident in saying in a random grouping of 200 people, he will be better at basketball than all of them. It's not ludicrous in the least. It doesn't make him Lebron James or anything, but people want to clown this guy when there's a 99.9% chance he'd school the person talking shit.
@Eggy79
2 жыл бұрын
@Green Lion no, not 99% 99+%. There are 1500 D1 players out of 25 million people who play basketball regularly in the US. That means he's in the top 99.994% of just *basketball players*. KZitem comment sections aren't limited to just basketball players. So again, yes, I'm super confident in saying there isn't a person in a youtube comment section that's better than him at basketball since even a comment section made up of all basketball players would only have .006 people per 100 who were just as good or better. If we open that up to non-basketball players who can comment on youtube, that figure goes way down. Thank you and good evening to you as well!

The guy is a head taller than everyone else and played in the NBA. What are people expecting? Reminds me of the legendary TYT reaction to Kevin Durant playing at Rucker Park. "OMG, Kevin Durant got the ball?... It's as if an NBA SUPERSTAR IS PLAYING A PICKUP GAME!" kzitem.info/news/bejne/raueu6Smpp2gl3o

Yeah i guess chopping scal right on the forearm where you could hear the slap is a pussy ass foul right??? So if a guy chopped you hard right on your forearms what would you call??? Would you say thats a no call??

Those were some soft fouls Scalabrine called. And then he’s gonna do a full forearm shove and no foul call? He was gonna win anyway but that made it unwatchable.

3:52 Scal weak he’s just bullying lil guards and if they even slightly touch him it’s a foul while he just pushes off on offense everytime. Like how are you going to call that a foul then just blatantly push off like this 4:05
@johnnythekid4601

well you'd be one of those little guards too id imagine so just stay in front of him with the lighting quick way you move your feet then and force him to his weak hand. I assume because of your shit talking you are/were good enough to know how to stop someone by playing good D and TAKING AWAY ALL OF HIS ADVANTAGES

He did crush a former D1 Forward in the Scallenge as well. But you’re not going to get anyone phenomenal in a challenge like this, because people who have actual skill understand the level even a bench player at the NBA is playing, and know they have no shot in a 1v1. So you’ll get a lot of inexperienced or lower skill level people submitting for the challenge because they just don’t understand the disparity.

Because scal is better thats why he wins easy, scal just doing basic drive fake and quick fadeaways which is tough for these non pros, especially in a one on one game where you dont get help defense on his post moves

Let's put this in perspective. Over the 70 years the NBA exists, only 4,300 people have managed to playe at least one game. Scal played in the NBA for 11 years... These people are the top 1% of the top 1% in any profession. I am amazed of the delusional thinking of people thinking they can compete with a 11 year NBA vet..

I've played against two semi-pro players in my hooping days, and they were both by a fairly big margin the best player every time we played.
