The worst part about being Indian, is when someone says something is spicy, you just can't trust them until you actually taste it for yourself.

ffs stop with the "being a certain race I handle heat better" its just when you eat spicy food your mouth adapts to the heat whether your Indian, Asian or whatever

+Arash Bayat Its the truth and whats wrong with stating that statement?
@KevinUchihaOG
9 жыл бұрын
+Arash Bayat well, in Indian culture you eat more spicy food. Im a swede and i eat alot of spicy food. I have alot of chili in all my cookings. I've eaten whole ghost peppers. And i regularly cook with habaneros. But god damn swedes are pussies when it come to spicy food. Indians can handle spicy food thousands times better than swedes. But that isn't saying that it has anything to do with race, it's just culture. And not all swedes are pussies. Like i said, myself can handle it no problem since i have trained myself to handle it.

They are SOOOOO tasty! I love them but I can only put down 4 or 5 at a time before the heat is too much. I use a nice dubliner aged cheddar cheese for the middle too because the sharpness really compliments the sweetness of the pepper. You should give at least one a try...

I'm a chili pepper lover so I would probably keep the insides IN the Jalapeno, cuz I like it HOT! XD Here's how I like MY poppers! 1.) Just Mozzarella 2.) Extra seasoned bread crumbs 3.) Stuff it with chicken as well as mozzarella 4.) Keep everything else in for the heat! (It makes it last longer, because the heat makes you wanna eat it slower) 5.) Dip it in marinara sauce SO DAMN GOOD!!!

To reduce the spyciness of the chilies you need to put them in warm water with sugar and withe vinega for 20 minutes or so, you can change this water several times (about 4-5) in order to reduce more of the spyciness. This technique only works for "Fresh" chilies, to reduce the spyciness of dried chilies you must do another process.

After you devein and deseed your Jalapeno soak them in a MILK BATH while you are preparing your cheese and crumbs or what ever. The milk will neutralize the acid in the Jalapeno so its not so hot , unless you like them hot then skip the milk. But it doe's work.
