Jam in 3 minutes! Saves sugar!
A very simple recipe for making thick jam in just 3 minutes with reduced sugar content. For me this method with the help of Gelfix has become a real lifesaver. I have never cooked jam so quickly, especially so thick.

To make thick jam like confiture:
Strawberries or other berries or fruits - 1 kg
Sugar - 0.5 kg
Citric acid - 1/3 tsp
Gelfix by Dr Oetker 2: 1 - 1 pack (2: 1 ratio means that for 2 parts of berries or fruits we take 1 part of sugar)
1. Wash and dry the strawberries or other berries well. Remove ponytails.
2. Grind 2/3 of the berries with a blender. Cut 1/3 into small slices.
3. Mix Gelfix with 2 tbsp. sugar, add to the berry mixture.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for about 3 more minutes over low heat.
5. Add remaining sugar and citric acid to taste to balance the sweetness of the jam. Cook for another 3 minutes over low heat.
6. Remove the foam.
7. Remove from heat and immediately put in dry, pre-sterilized jars. From this volume of products, about 1 liter of jam is obtained. Seal the jars with lids. Turn upside down for 5 minutes. Store in a cool, dark place.
