Do you have a recommendation on replacement pickguards for a Modern Player Marauder? Just picked one up myself!

Yes! I’ve bought two from WD Custom and they are great! I got a black one and it looks so sick

I’m happy to know you buy the Starcaster back because your video was big help as I bought one. btw, I haven’t found a decent gig bag/case for it to carry it by subway safely. Any ideas?

Nice! I've been using a Gretsch hollow body electric case (www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/G6241FT--gretsch-g6241ft-16-inch-hollowbody-flat-top-hardshell-guitar-case) and it fits it perfectly

Design Idea for Jazzmaster pickup noise: If the pickup plastic housing had an underside that clipped in to hold the pickup secure. Then on the underside of the new piece; shielding. Preferably something that could slide up or down on its own and not need the sponges for mounting. more like a humbucker. Ideally if the pickup was mounted to the pickguard instead of to the body. To me, all Fender body mounted pickups are more of a hassle.

@@ZachariahConnor I'll buy a set from you if you come up with something a few thoughts: A whole new 2-piece pickup housing that clips together or has separate screws to join them around the pickup. Some kind of flange spring system which would allow you to screw the pickup into the body and adjust the height from the top. The housing of the first idea attaches to the pickguard from the underside like remodeling electrical boxes do, with swing out braces from the screws, then the screws themselves would be adjustable with springs. Hard to explain, easier to draw out, I think. If you would like to talk more about it, let me know.
