Looks so neat and professional. My last two loaves of hardough shaped like huge caterpillars, but they were good. I'll try your recipe. And big ups to Granny slapping that dough and slamming it in the pan!!

I have made this several times now and I love it. I had trouble with figuring out kneading. For my liquid I used half water and half cream since I had that on hand. Thank you for sharing how to make this bread.🥰

Peter Lewis, thank you so very much. That is such a lovely thing to say. I think the more we expose our children to our culture, the more they'll retain it even if it doesn't seem so now. There is a recipe which uses ice cold water and 2tsp of yeast to 1lb flour. The result is phenomenal. Can you say what is the science behind this? I have watched your video so.many times. I am thinking to try it.. I am a little skeptical about the one teaspoon of yeast. Almost all of the recipes I have seen use 1 top of yeast to 3 and one half cups of flour. Help.

Hi, I have your video saved for years and I now have the courage to try... but everything I bake comes out dry. For convection, do you know if I should still do 375 for 25 minutes?

Gonna try this recipe, but can I say, I found there yo be far too much information as to why everything. Apposed to just showing us the exact ingredients and method nice and straight forward. I appreciate your also making content as well as the recipe alone just a suggestion
