I am not sure why Jamiroquai never became even more popular - I have a very eclectic taste in music from J.S.Bach through to Metallica but Jamiroquai is firmly within that area of really good music and musicianship.

I think it's great that Jay Kay and his band were chosen for this Nobel Prize ceremony and that they played this beautiful and deep song. Back-up vocals and a full orchestra underline the message delivered by this amazing band. My friend in England shared this with me~ in the 1990s they were very popular in the UK~and basically unknown in the US. OMG I love Virtual Insanity!

I had to laugh when this was covered/murdered on American Idol and Randy said that Jamiroquai was an amazing artist... it's a band you tool! This is absolutely epic, love Jay Kay, super funky band, and still one of my all time favourite clips EVER. Epic epic epic!

I just heard this song on the radio and can't believe I have missed it all these years! The piano riff caught me right away, and the guy's voice! I thought it was Stevie Wonder and maybe this was why it always flowed right by. What an amazing talent, truly deserving of wider acclaim!

A friend from London, England sent me this glorious performance ~2024 ~ I'm in the US ~it's my go-to uplifting song...I listen EVERYDAY! Jay deserves this professional orchestra! I feel sorry for the "Stuffed Shirts" who didn't clap or MOVE! They were deaf, dumb & blind.

Always loved the band since their debut Emergency on Planet Earth album. Love the way they have managed to reinvent/keep their sound going. Thought when Stuart Zender left that would be it but just shows their talent to survive losing that enormous talent. Band always been so tight gotta be one of the best live bands full stop. Still wishing for them to tour again

This really is one of the all time great performances by Jamiroquai. All 3 songs they played at the nobel peace prize concert (Canned heat, lifeline and virtual insanity) were absolutely stunning to watch and listen to. Well done Jay Kay, well done Jamiroquai and well done orchestra. Not all orchestra's could play this well to a jamiroquai track.

I first saw Jamiroquai live in Germany 94 in a tiny hall, how lucky was I......I have seen them twice since. Last time, Summer 2017 in Portugal, they never disappoint, best live band ever. JK rocks!!

I never went through Jamiroquia phase (not yet), but I always respected how good so much of his music is. I figure if any songwriter can even create one song that gets the world singing together, or becomes memorable even for a short time....they deserve respect.
