Before breakfast:- 1.a glass of lukewarm water with honey 2.one litre lukewarm water with honey Breakfast:- 1.dates 2.oatmeal topped with bananas 3.omelette with spinach and tomatoes 4.black coffee Mid morning snack:- 1.greek yogurt with pomegranate 2.orange fruit salad Lunch:- 1.grilled chicken or grilled fish with basmati rice 2.steamed or roasted vegetables 3.green salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing Afternoon snack:- 1.cottage cheese 2.whole grain crackers Dinner:- 1.lean beaf with mixed vegetable curry 2.sweet potatoes or wheat pasta 3.steamed corrots 4.curd Before bed snack:- 1.a small handful of nuts(cashew and walnuts) 2.almond milk coffee

Bro, I have an advise for you. Stop putting your camera on your face all the time. When you take us on your journey , your focus should be to show us the things and places more and in case you don’t have to stop talking , you can continue it in background. I know you are new but try to be correct in your basics atleast! And yes stop sudden camera movements , try to be subtle and take your time
