So what's the correlation of polimerase to cohesin. Hypothesis is cohesin is a non functioning polimerase, and joins at the promoter, as a null transcription.

It is great you want to give top billing to the scientists, but it would be easier for viewers to find content that interests them if you listed the topic first in the title. On the phone, all I cam see is the scientist’s name, which doesn’t usually draw me in.

At 19minutes M. Peters says that longer loop form and this is the starting point for reflexion. Are we sure that longer loop will form ? Would it possible that WAPL depletion leads to less dissociation of the chromatin structure, independently of loop formation? Indeed, comparing Hi-C from WAPL-depleted condition to control reveals conservation of the loop&TAD. Therefore, would it be possible you have the same loop&TAD but other regions become associated upon WAPL depletion ?

yes that's exactly whats happening. And as more and more cohesin is loaded on the sequence adjacent to these loops in WAPL knockouts we get vermicelli pattern of chromatin.
