Try out this Janmashtami Special Kalakand recipe which gets ready in just 15 minutes and perfect for an instant sweet dish. This indian sweet is authentic and requires only 3 ingredients. This kalakand is super creamy and can be served as a wonderful ekadashi sweet too.
Servings - 1 kg kalakand
Ingredients :
▪︎For panner {400 gm panner} -
2½ litre cow milk
5 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup water
400 gm condensed milk {or} 1 tin
1 cup dairy whitener
½ tsp cardamom powder
Garnish it with some chopped Pistachios and rose petals
