Does this machine require a Walking foot for even feed of quilted fabric layers or can you video demo of the Accu-Feed system? Im told it's on the back of machine which I could not see in this video. Your details will assist me in purchasing decision.

The accufeed is located right behind the presser foot. It is a nice feature. We will add this to future videos. Thank you for your comment

Ken - I see you don't answer the questions. So you sell them but don't service them or what?

...and not a very good salesman either. He does not describe de accufed foot, which is probably the best characteristic of this machine. A real plus for quilters. Que goes too fast and does not bother to show the functions, just describe them as fast as he can. A pity. This is an excellent and affordable machine.

Hi Ken! I purchased a Janome MC6600P several years ago and absolutely love it. I've made several quilts but only this morning decided to try the quilting bar included with the machine. It's so loose that it won't hold the placement I need. Can you think of anything that I may be doing wrong, or that maybe I could adjust on my machine? There is a small metal "clip" on the back side of the slot that the bar slides through. Can that be adjusted? I'm beginning to think I received the wrong bar, but it came in the original packaging with the machine and other accessories. Thanks!
