Started Cooking at 18 Came to America at 27 Opened first restaurant in VA. at 32 with a partner Sold it to partner 3 years later I opened 2nd restaurant in FL. I've made 3 restaurants I sold the last one at 65 now I'm 71 and I want to teach how to cook Japanese food, so I can give back.
