Anyone can make it using frozen puff pastry!!
I made an authentic apple pie using autumn flavor apples, so I would like to introduce it to you.
It's not too sweet and has just the right amount of sourness, making it a delicious dish that you can gulp down!!
If you have any leftovers, you can warm them up the next day in a toaster (low setting) to bring back the crispness and give it the same texture as freshly baked.
You can also freeze it, so if you want to make a large amount and eat it, just warm it up in the microwave and toaster to defrost it and enjoy.
・Materials
Apples...2 pieces
Frozen pie sheets...4 pieces
Butter...20g
Sugar...45g
Lemon juice...1 tablespoon
Egg yolk...1 piece
*Cinnamon powder...please add as much as you like.
