I love this recipe and everything went well until after rolling and chilling in fridge. The skin come off with the parchment when I unwrap after chilling. Is it the paper I used or I done something wrong? I would love to have such beautiful skin.

This recipe don’t work. I tried 2 times to make it but each times the cake became green. I don’t know and don’t understand why this happens, but in both time the roll cake smells rancid. I follow all the process but i don’t find how solve this problem. Any advice?

@@masayoshi_ishikawa_patissier Really thank you for your reply chef. About your mentions, it also matter for the baking pan? Because I don’t saw if it was made of copper. For the other object or ingredients, in general, I used them like yours, for example glass bowl or metal whisk; the first time I used egg yolk in brick, but it make me doubt and so I use yolk from egg.
