@@lemarseillais1383 where is the recipe 😯
@flyingmunkie0
4 жыл бұрын
@@rosamariacarranzaalvarado3119 its a basic sponge cake with the addition of a cream cheese custard. you will need 13 egg whites, 8 egg yokes, 4 oz cream cheese, 8tbs butter, 1/4 cup cream, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 cup sugar. first off, get a double boiler started with your cream cheese butter and cream. stir until evenly combined and silky. when sufficiently silky slowly pour into egg yokes while whisking egg yoke rapidly. start the egg whites in a kitchen mixer on medium, let them go until medium peak. while your whites are working sift in flour and cornstarch into the cream cheese custard. once your whites achieve medium peak slowly add the sugar while the mixer is still mixing. keep the whites going until stiff peak. fold custard into meringue. grease your cake pan, cover the sides with parchment, then set up a baine marie using the water from your double boiler. flow the batter into the cake pan you greased and lined with parchment. back 320 f for 25 min then spin the pan, and lower your temp to 285 f for 50 more minutes. garnish with powdered sugar, raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries.

i didn't click deslike , and i never heard of musilms claiming that! do you what halal means? all creatures that thrive on land must be knife butchered in order for it to be halal , killing by ellectric shocks or by striking on the head or eating carrion is all not halal , however all kinds of sea foods are totally halal because you don't have to butcher them before consuming ,so Japanese are halal eaters

@@markdanielpedong i think it's just a branding iron - for baked stuff that is. Same concept as the one used on livestock back in the day. Iron or steel heated to almost glowing, then when the raised parts touch the surface of the cake that cooks and further caramelises it, leaving a print. Wonder if you have like letter blocks of those, it might be another way to write something on the cake other than the conventional icing. 😋🤤
