even thought i don't like sushi i got to appreciate the hard work a chief puts into the presentation of the dish.

I’ve had this dish before. It’s very tasty. Sushi is nice too but the highlight is the lobster miso soup. It’s the best in the whole world, king of all miso soup. Try it at least once in your lifetime. It blew my mind how tasty and delicious it was.

Country to country varied the menu and choice of foods. Food processing and cooking system are completely different. We are from Bangladesh, In our country, we always try to take normal cup types fishes, but when watching your videos, it really makes us curious about the various types of world's fish eating. Good job you are doing.

You know it’s muscle and nerve spasm as it’s already dead? It’s not like that dish that you put live baby fish while it’s alive, mouthful of them. Every part of Asia has such dish actually. Chinese being the worst in this. They eat endangered animals, dogs and cats as well. The Japanese is milder in this regard.

蝉蝦-Semi Ebi, directly translated as "cicada lobster" is valuable and expensive seafood in the west Japan, I really like to try, one time. It's not street food, regional expensive gourmet sea food. It's a little bad ass cooking how the chef use his fast and accurate knife skills and shows his technique and the lobster still alive. This was from the ancient culture, very skilled Samurai use swords and the opponent does not feel hurt. Greetings from Tokyo, Japan.

@@rejuvenatingsoul3498 But if you look at the anatomy of a lobster you can see its heart is near the top of the shell right where the tail meets. And theres a main artery connecting from the heart down through the tail. And thats right where the guy put the knife to separate. To me it seems if you got separated in hail with your main artities also severef, youd be dead. A lobsters tail is not the same as a mammals tail, its not simply just a tail. Its half the body, and if you got cut in half youd be dead

Tata Apare lobsters have one large central nervous system with small lesser functioning brains through it's body, so a cut to the head isn't more or less direct than one through the body. A cut through any main part of the lobster is essentially the same as decapitation in other animals.
