it's called 'Tetrodon' in French, 'Puffer Fish' in English and 'Fungu' in Japanese. You need special training to avoid spreading the poison into the meat while cooking it. Bonne Appétit!!

In Taiwan, they are more pitiful.When they are caught they will be thrown back to sea but dead already. Fishermen do not sell them because no one will eat them. This kind of fishes are always caught accidentally but won't be released immediately.....
