If you ever get the chance to visit Japan, you’ll see that there’s a multitude of familiar foods that have been flavorfully spun into Japanese cuisine. Taste Prep’s host, Mayumi Wright, will walk you through a national favorite pasta dish that is uniquely Japan, “Napolitan or Neapolitan spaghetti” depending on who is pronouncing it. Napolitan Spaghetti
Serving Size:2
1 cup Green Peppers
1 sliced Onion
1 cup of Mushrooms
1 Minced clove of Garlic
1 slice of bacon cut into small pieces or substitute 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
½ cup of sausages of your choice
2 serving size of pasta of your choice
2 ½ cup of water
½ cup of Ketchup
1 frozen tomato washed and peeled or 1 fresh diced tomato
2 teaspoons of soup bouillon of your choice
Salt and Pepper as needed
