Best try I ever saw was against the Lions tour in 2009, we were down a couple of points and he went in 2nd half. He famously said to the other players on the bench, WATCH.... IM GOING TO SCORE A TRY. And he did. Bouncing O'Gara out of the way. This guy was a machine. Quick for his size too, kind of like Pieter Rossouw. How Alistair Coetzee never won the Super Rugby Trophy is beyond belief, I would be pissed off as a Stormers supporter. Januarie, Grant, Habana, De Villiers, Fourie, Aplon in the same backline is fire. HAHAHAHA but Coetzee turned them into the most defensive unit in the world. WHAT A FOOL.

That's because he's a joke of a coach that could lose with the current all black squad. Fuck Coetzee.

+DefaultGatewayable Best centre of all time. He also scored a try against france in his last game with Boks, but an idiot referee deleted it (It was try). This after 2 years far by Boks....

+88Xmas I mean, of all the centre players he couldve chosen, he took Jesse Kriel who isnt bad but lacks the experience for a RWC so quickly. Fourie is 32 this year so it was still fine for RWC, the whole japan team is average 32 year olds and look how they did. Dont want to sound butthurt either but... if we had a different ref for that 2011 quarter final.. I fkn swear SA would've taken that cup. Fourie was there with a combination of our best players of the time. And the oldest player then was John Smit 33

+DefaultGatewayable I completely agree. Look also at all blacks' backline: Carter is 33 like Nonu, Conrad Smith 34 and SBW 30. Besides, he chose Pollard as starting flyhalf instead of Mornè Steyn, and didn't select Frans Steyn who was the only utility back we had. About the quarter final, I've watched that game 4 years ago, and the controversies about Bryce Lawrence came here in Italy too. Honestly I think we could beat NZ, that was without his best player dan carter, and surely that ref didn't do his job well, but I have to admit we didn't play a good game against australia, and this is also Schalk Burger's opinion.
