This preservation method is also suitable for other types of mushrooms.

Ingredients for jarred mushrooms:
mushrooms or any other type of mushrooms:
they will be blanched in a saline solution with 25g of salt per liter of water;
At the end, they are taken out of the water and placed in jars, gently pressing on them to avoid empty spaces. The jars are placed in a pot and boiled in a water bath for at least 25 minutes, up to an hour depending on the size of the jars and the level of mushroom doneness after blanching (see video).
Blanching should last between 15-25 minutes depending on the mushrooms. Older mushrooms blanch faster, while younger ones take longer. It is recommended to separate them before blanching (young/old) and blanch them separately. This way, you ensure that all mushrooms have been properly cooked.
