Here's a little something I'll be working on this year. I'm on a bit of a break until February/March as I recover from a minor leg surgery, but I can't wait to get back to the gym. Many athletes have been introducing rudi out trif pike into their routines (DD 2.2) and I think quadrifus pike (DD 2.7) will help me keep ahead of the competition. Can't wait to start jumping again!
