I grew up in the late sixties and early seventies listening to so many great artists. It’s so refreshing and wonderful to listen to Jason. Probably the best songwriter and creative talent I’ve heard in years!

I heard Alabama Pines on the radio and bought one of Jason's records. Now I have them all. Southeastern and Something More than Free have taken him into the highest bracket as a songwriter and performer. Love this!

I like Sadler's "On the Beach" shirt, great album! I've never seen either of these two play a bad show. Always top notch, they're on another level musically. Can't wait to hear what comes next!! :D

Dave and Tim style. Great format, great musicians. Saw Jason 2 nights, 3 after this was filmed, from his Grammy wins. Killer show in Dallas. Got to see one of my new faves at one of the heights of a stellar career. Thanks Jason.

I’m so late to this party. I only recently discovered Jason. I am blown away by his mind and music talent. He even talks lyrically. As a songwriter myself, I’ve written 3 songs simply inspired by things he says in interviews. Funny story: I recently had a phone conversation with my producer in Nashville, when I was excited to tell him about this awesome new artist I just discovered. He says, “Yeah? Who?” I said, “Jason Isbell”. ... He just hung up on me. Lol I’m late in finding this songcrafter, but I’m a fan for life. Thank you for sharing this video! *liked & subbed*

I love his generosity, he is a fantastic guitarist himself, but gives Sadler the freedom to play all the solos and color work.
