My admiration and love for Jason Kelce would never had happened if it wasn’t for Taylor Swift. Now, don’t you judge me. Let me tell you all why. I never knew who Jason Kelce was until so much attention came to his brother Travis over his dating Taylor. All this the hoopla over Taylor Swift attending a game lead me to more information on the Kelce brothers. Once I discovered Jason I became a fan because, damn, he was so freaking good. Wow. They have a great special on him (and a great one on Netflix about the Kelces), and, it is a shame that linemen like Jason can play a game better than anyone else on the field at any position and go unnoticed. Face it, most fans pay no attention to the linemen other than they fill up the TV. But, I specifically focus on a specific lineman and follow him. Jason is the best center in NFL history. I use to think it was Jim Otto, but Jason is more athletic than Jim was, and could make plays no other center was able to perform. This is a huge asset. You don’t have to pull your right guard on a sweep to the left, which is a long, difficult run for him. And, no center was athletic enough to hike the ball and sprint out in front of his back. What a man. What a player.
