baffles me. He went from the bottom of negativity and rose to the top and spreads his wealth positively. He's become a mogul, he's given back, he's stood the test of time musically and he's enlightened the music world on promising young artists. I dont get how people can't appreciated that.

Shouts To Sean Carter for Manifesting in to Jay-z, coming from where there were few resources to make a dollar and turning life around and becoming a Billionaire.. From Marcy Projects.. Big UPs Jay-z We shopped in the State Dwntwn Brooklyn area and We hung on the same blocks. You did well for yourself, of course envious folk will always try and throw you under the bus.. Peace/Blessings.

no it came from mexicans in california in the 1960's who went to army/navy stores after GI's came back from basic and and turned in all the large size stuff they bought before losing weight. Then the poor people in LA, mexicans, blacks, and even a couple whites, bought the old clothes for really cheap and the clothes were huge on them.

Jay-z would memorize is rythmes while on the street corner hustling drugs.because people would take his rythme book.So he would have 3 or 4 rythmes tucked in his head .

very unfortunate. and it seems like blacks do it the most. I dont get why we despise our successful representatives and glorify mediocrity. We are the only race I know that glorifies poverty to the extent we do. Almost like it's a sin to move out the projects and better yourself.
