He’s a humble guy for what he offers to the team. Have had our struggles, but his play isn’t one of them. Sure, hindsight is 20/20 on every granular decision, but he will go down as a Top 2 QB in the long history of LSU football. Will arguably be Top 5 LSU athletes of all time. We are blessed to see him play. He just needs to keep himself safe on the field more!

What a Humble young man. its rare to see that in Gen Z kids these days. At LSU we don't get this level of QB play to often. in my life time its been Hodson, Russell, Burrow and now JD5. enjoy it while we have it.

LSU wouldn't be where they are without JD5. Expectatons are so high that competing for the title is a matter of course. We expect to be in the mix. This team might be one of the most underrated if a couple things start to click. They could be big spoilers down the stretch and turn this season upside down. If the defense starts to click they will compete with anyone. Geaux Tigers.

Joe Burrow had 2484 yrds after the first 7 games So to be honest ! JD is not far behind with 2294 yrds. Only difference is !!!! Joe Burrow made that happen against how many top25 teams ! And how many of those was to 10 teams ?????? But still yet I’m extremely happy to see JD at his best this year after all the negativity about him last year. Somehow, I don’t think no one can talk about him at this point in a negative manner. However!!!!!!!!!!!!! He’s human And I know there will be a bunch turn on him if he has a bad day and off game. Still yet I think he’s the heat and sole if this years team. It takes a team to win. Not one player. But he’s the motivating factor the way he plays 100% no matter what the conditions are. That’s what it takes to be winners. Another one that plays with heart is Logan Diggs. He just keeps going and going and don’t go down the first time someone taps him on the shoulder. BEST BACK LSU has had in years and he deserves credit for that. He’s a huge part of the reason for the offense success and also JD’s success throwing the ball. With all the weapons it’s so much harder for the defense to tune in because they don’t know which way you’re coming from next. And it all starts with Denbrock

I think Joey B set a standard for excellence in college football. I think Jayden shines in his own right, very similar characteristics between the two individuals but they are individuals each are unique and exciting to watch and I’m glad they’ve both been Tigers! Jayden has been playing his own path, he’ll break some more records that Joey B didn’t I’m proud to be able to see both truly remarkable athletes.

burrow only played 2 top 25 teams through the 1st 6 games, JD5 has played 3. Burrow had 2157 in 6 games and JD5 has 2294. so he's literraly not behind him, he's out pacing him by 137 yards. and thats not counting the 515 rushing yards for JD5 to Burrows 105 thats 547 yards that he's out pacing Joey B through 6 games.
