These videos are so flipping helpful! Seriously! For what it's worth, in my 93 4.0 Cherokee, I was able to drop the pan w/o even disconnecting the dipstick. I just kept twisting it some and then I dropped it towards the driver's side front wheel and it came out all together. And I don't even have it jacked up. Many thanks again!

Small thing but at 12:00 those bottles are actually designed to be poured in the other direction with the spout at the top so you dont get that "chugging" as it gasps for air.

Fun fact when you can't get the dipstick tube off and you can't cut it the job is actually doable with the pan in the car you just have to unbolt the dipstick tube mount to let the pan drop another five inches or so

I didn't see any mention of you re-connecting the dip-stick tube. As that was evidently one of the most difficult things to separate, how was it to put back on and surely it's fairly critical or you're not going to be able to check the fluid level and dirt is going to get in through the open pipe. - Not being off, just think it needs to be mentioned. Thanks for the video, all the same. It's a big help.

I did this just to flush out all the fluids right after I got it. And I’m not too sure on your issue, maybe your Jeep just has a loss of power so that’s why it needs to stay in 3rd gear for a longer time, could be a number of different things
