On Alcon's website it says these brakes will clear the Jeep JL's 17" OEM wheels. I believe it's 7.5" wide with a backspacing of 6.10. Is this true? I find it hard to believe. Those brakes looks massive.

Pricey, but you really have to understand what you are buying. Calipers, discs and pads, all of which are outside of the factory spec for this vehicle and are not made in the quantity that is required for big savings. These are actually less than the Brembo equivalent for my vehicle. These big brake kits are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

You have the rattle clip on the wrong end of the caliper - it's supposed to be on the bottom, not the top.

OMG! $2,300 FOR JUST THE FRONT BRAKES! REALLY? I LIKE HOW YOU PHRASED IT..."a little bit pricey." LOL! For those that have the manual and automatic transmission, you can down shift the engine to help you reduce your speed in combo with your braking.
